Ha is the sun and ṭha is the moon. Haṭhayoga is the science of balancing out or bringing the polarities of masculine and feminine into unity. This process is a forceful one. Through disciplined, consistent and intensive practices, one is able to transform the many layers of self and exist in union. In this program we will deeply explore Patanjali’s 8 limbs of yoga:

  • Yamas

  • Niyamas

  • Asana

  • Pranayama

  • Pratyahara

  • Dharana

  • Dhiyana

  • Samadhi
